MLB Lockout Affecting Topps Redemptions

I was curious if anybody knows if the current MLB lockout is affecting Topps' ability to fulfill redemptions?

I know that if they have a signature already, that is independent of the lockout and they should be able to fulfill that redemption without a problem. But I'm not sure if they need to get an autograph from a player, is that player able to sign right now given the MLB lockout that is active?
