Needing help tracking down a 1977 O-Pee-Chee #183 Marty Perez PSA 8 or 9

It’s a stretch, but I thought I’d toss a line out there and hope I’d get lucky.
The Marty Perez is the LAST card I need to complete my ‘77 OPC set (all PSA 8’s or better.)
It’s a bit of a low pop… there are (5) 8’s and just (1) 9 out there… I’m game for either!

Greatly appreciate the offer Balco! I too have a pretty nice raw copy to at least fill the spot until I can find a slabbed copy. Not sure my own raw copy is an 8, also sure I don’t want to spend the $100+ and wait a year to find out either. 😉
