They literally do this type of contingency planning every single year. This is a non-story.

I hope you're right.......The Lovely Mrs. Hydrant just told me the same thing....she was concerned about the smoke coming out of my ears!

The Super Bowl should be in Dallas every year, it's the greatest city in the world, with the greatest NFL team of all time, and the greatest owner in the history of the NFL.

With California's Covid restrictions the Super Bowl may end up having 12 people in the stands - Goodell scared to death with the thought of losing all them high dollar seats!

oh jeez. I was all excited thinking the NFL was finally going to play the SB on Saturday night. I would love that so much. being able to watch all the post game stuff and not have to be half awake all the next day at work.

Here's how the Covid restrictions work at So-Fi Stadium...... #1) Before anyone is allowed to enter the stadium they must be wearing a mask. #2). You must have a current vaccination card. #3). You must have a valid I.D.......#4) Once in the stadium....throw mask in nearest trash can. #5). Enjoy game!!!! It's a joke!

There is no doubt that the covid restrictions in California would be a reason to move the Super Bowl to a more agreeable venue. Basically any venue which is not in California would be better suited for the Super Bowl and the fans.

I'd like to see the teams play for home field advantage all the way to the Super Bowl. Never happen. I know big money requires knowing well in advance where to make arrangements for the event. Still love to see the Super Bowl in Green Bay or Buffalo (Or Cleveland) :'(
