Strange hair toning

I have two 2007s silver Kennedy half dollars that have toning (yellow) primarily in the hair on top of the head. I never seen anything like this before and it reminds me of some of the interesting hair styles with color I have seen.
The coins look much better in person that the picture, sorry.
