1935a AC block Hawaii silver certificate value

I read somewhere that AC blocks as well as ZB blocks were rare and only about one million were made.

I view the bill as XF with no tears/rips, very little stain, no pinholes, and still has a good crisp feel.

I am having trouble figuring out a value/price for this bill. Any help is most appreciated.

Thank you in advance.

I see it as a VF. I would value it around $100, maybe a little more if graded.
