Added a Coronet Head Large Cent - Grade Revealed

Bought this from the Heritage Auction. Anyone have guesses at the grade? (Please no "guesses" from those who looked at it in the auction.

I'd guess it to be a MS64RB. It definitely qualifies as RB, but it could easily be a 63 or 65; 64's from the Randall Hoard are just more common.

I would guess MS64RB for the same reason as Cocoinut.

I love coppers, especially large cents. Since it's in a PCGS holder (or appears to be) I'd say MS63BN. Had it been in an NGC holder I'd have guessed MS63RB.

62 or 63RB -- can't remember which -- thought many a time about buying it while it was still in inventory.

That looks good to me! I know very little about copper coins, especially early ones. It does look RB. It does look MS. So I'll say 65 RB, mainly to be different from the other guesses.

The coin is PCGS MS62BN--I thought it looked pretty good for a 62BN!

From the image I'd say it looks good too. And it still shows some red for a BN.
