Does anyone know a dealer(s) (or was a dealer) by the name of Robert S Windholz or Robert Cornely?

I am curious if anyone knows if this person(s) was a dealer back in the 70's or 80's in or about Georgia . Just doing some background research on him and a company he was associated with. If anyone has any info it would be greatly appreciated.

Cornely rings a bell. Al Adams, now retired, would likely know. Southern Gold collectors? Want help? What's the company name?

I found that Cornely was the CFO of an obscure grading company named Independent Grading Associates. The company was incorporated in Feb of 1985 and I think it lasted until sometime in 1987 or so. I think that Windholz may not have been part of the company but his name is mentioned in a reference I found about the incorporation.

I'm guessing it was a self slabbing company but would like to find any other info.
