I consider my Double Eagle one of my "special" coins but I hate it's current label so I'm considering it for reholder service to include trueview, scratchless, etc. The service description says the coin will not be graded. Can I assume this means the MS70 grade will be transferred? Lastly, I don't care for any of the labels currently in use. Do they change often? Should I wait til I see one I like? Do they use labels not shown on their website? I currently have one submitted for grading and requested the halographic label so I don't want to repeat that label. Current label photo attached. Yes it's that ugly/degraded but luckily the coin is still flawless. Thanks for any advice.

The blue gradient label has been around for years and years.
Your hope for it to change to something you like is slim.
I’m not familiar with the holographic label.
As for other labels, the is a variety of labels in use. However many are dealer only labels and we get a small subset of them.
I’ll “tag-team” with @MsMorrisine to answer another of your questions. Yes, the grade MS70 on your existing coin will indeed transfer to the new holder.

My collecting “Pride & Joy” is my PCGS Registry Dansco 7070 Set:

As @MsMorrisine stated, there are some "special labels" available to "PCGS Collectors Club" members. These labels use a background that is different from the standard GEN 6.1 and GEN 6.1S.
A QUICK review of the currently available options suggests that the following "special labels" may be compatible with your 2009 Ultra High Relief Double Eagle:
~ "Struck At" (West Point);
~ "PCGS 35th Anniversary";
~ "Ultraviolet Eagle Label" (Not available with "Gold Shield" service.)
Note - I am NOT an expert on "special labels". Additionally, I have not thoroughly reviewed all of the available options. If any of the designs appeal to you, you will need to review the 'details/guidelines' to ensure 'eligibility/suitability'.
Thanks all. Interesting there's a label museum and dot matrix printers were used to make the first labels. It seems they change them quite often...and now I see its ultraviolet and not holographic. That's the only design that appeals to me but I want the gold shield. It appears reholder service will wait awhile.
