Full date and full reverse lettering make this one attractive. All legends visible too. Almost VF details, to be fair. Neat coin! Good luck with the sale. I know these have gone up crazy in pricing over the last few years.

8k for xf details? Had to be more than a “few” years ago.
More like 4-5k for good details. Xf details would cost you more than 8k
Is it counterfeit? No
Is it misattributed? No
Is there a glaring error like wrong coin photo paired with a different description? No
It is an unwritten rule Not to dump on someone’s BST.
My thanks to the above posters showing that most on here have some class.

XF details can mean anything. Why don't you post a picture?
Early American Copper, Bust and Seated.
Maybe because this is not the place for such a debate? This is a BST post of a desired type coin for sale. This is not the US Coin forum looking for discussion on the coin or the coin's asking price.

There’s the one I bought. Good luck selling this coin. The chains are very nice coins to have.
Once again people ....Keep your mouth shut on Comments to this Post!!,
This is a Buy-Sell-Trade post...NOT...a COMMENT forum.
Someone just RUINED this guy's Potential Sale!!

Mods should only be enforcing written rules... but i do agree that negative comments on someone's sale is inappropriate.
Frankly, I find various behaviors on BST to be annoying, but I keep my mouth shut (most of the time)

Such comments are made on the US Coin forum and not the BST. At a show they may be made between a dealer and potential customer, but go up to those two while they're talking and add some uninvited negative commentary and see how well that goes for you.
I've never seen this coin before, but WOW - nice!

Ive bought a few of these in details grade as well. Depending on the severity of the corrosion, potential cleaning, Re coloring, etc as you can see an apparent XF details sold in the 8k range 5 years ago.
I’ve bought nice clean—not messed with coins in details holders at Good 4 and spent 5k.
A wide variation. A cleaner XF details should bring 15-20k.
One time bump of this S1 variety. Table 830 FUN show.
Again, thanks for all the civil, polite, behaved posters, even those with differing views.
