Missing Clad Layer?

Can anyone tell me if this is missing a clad layer? The back side is all bronzy/brassy looking, the front appears to be mixed.

    What you have is discoloration caused by environmental damage. :/

    Agree, but the edge would show this as well. Three layers there means no missing layer.

    Welcome aboard. We really need the photos of the obverse and the reverse. In your case, the edge is important to see so that your question can be clarified.
