Eight more from this grouping are closing tonight on GC:

    1889 Norway 2 ore PCGS 64RB
    1913 Norway 2 ore PCGS 64RB
1941 Norway 5 ore PCGS 63 (minted in iron)
    1916 Norway 1 krone PCGS 64
    1906 Norway 2 Kroner Independence (KM-363) PCGS 64
1902 Great Britain shilling ANACS 63
1934-F Germany 5 marks Schiller birth PCGS 62
    1957-J Germany 5 marks PCGS 64

The 1889 and 1913 2 ore are unique in the PCGS Pop Report, while the 1916 krone is a PopTop (with two others grading lower). The 1941 iron 5 ore is one of two graded by PCGS.

The last 19 will close next Sunday.

    Thanks for looking!

The last batch of this group will close this coming Sunday. These include:

    Panama 1935 Centesimo KM-14 PCGS MS-65 RB
    Spain 1957(58) 5 Pesetas KM-786 PCGS MS-66
    Spain 1957(58) 25 Pesetas KM-787 PCGS MS-65
    Tunisia 1907-A 10 Centimes KM-236 PCGS MS-64 RB
    Panama 1904 Silver 2 1/2 Centesimos KM-1 PCGS MS-63
    Panama 1904 Silver 5 Centesimos KM-2 PCGS MS-63
    Panama 1904 Silver 10 Centesimos KM-3 PCGS MS-62
    Panama 1904 Silver 25 Centesimos KM-4 PCGS MS-62
    Panama 1904 Silver 50 Centesimos KM-5 PCGS MS-63
    Panama 1934 Silver Balboa KM-13 PCGS MS-65
Poland 1924 Silver Zloty Paris Mint Y-15 PCGS MS-64
    Poland 1933 Silver 2 Zlotych Y-20 PCGS MS-65
    Poland 1936 Silver 2 Zlotych Gdynia Seaport 15th Anniversary Y-30 PCGS MS-64
    Poland 1934 Silver 5 Zlotych Y-28 PCGS MS-64
    Poland 1936 Silver 5 Zlotych Gdynia Seaport 15th Anniversary Y-31 PCGS MS-64
    Poland 1933 Silver 10 Zlotych Sobieski Y-29 PCGS MS-62
San Marino 1935-R Silver 10 Lire KM-10 ANACS MS-66 (Toned)
    San Marino 1935-R Silver 20 Lire KM-11 PCGS MS-65
    Sweden 1907-EB Silver Krona KM-786.2 PCGS MS-63

FWIW, the two Spanish coins are the scarce 1958 issue and the 1904 Panama coins are the first set of silver coins for the brand-new nation. Interestingly, the silver content of the Panama 5 to 25 centesimo coins renders them essentially twice their US equivalent, e.g., the 25 centesimo is effectively a US silver half dollar.

    Thanks again for looking.

    Dmitri,

Thanks for the posting. Overall, the results were pretty good. I did badly on the Weimar 5 marks, but much better on the Panamanian and Polish coins. I have concluded that GC is a great choice for mid-level graded coins ($100 to $1000), especially in comparison to the big auction houses. Given that most of my collection is in this range (due to my personal budget limitations), I suspect I will continue to use them.

For what it is worth, I have another set of 17 coins that should pop up in the next month or so - lower value coins. I'll post about them when they get listed on GC's website.

Hope all is well with you!
