Believe it or not, that note even with its ragged edge and tear might be worth hundreds of dollars. A 1929 $10 Athena Oregon National banknote in a Fine 15 (NET Repaired) sold for $2,500 in 2011. This is a screenshot of the note and auction description. It’s the only example I could find.
