i need to know...and is there a penalty for canceling an ebay bid...
I am always looking for Randy Johnson cards...especially inserts and game used of him...

click then go to 'Buyer Tools' & select 'Retract Bid'
theres no penalty... people put the wrong amount or bid on the wrong auction often.
