I personally don't see why the called the coin cleaned, it definitely still has the carthwheel effect on both sides. Though, I am thinking it's the obverse of the coin. I bought the coin from L&C Coins originally and they didn't think it was cleaned. The reverse definitely still has full mint luster. I have it on eBay just so I don't have to monitor forums. I currently have the offer setting quite a bit lower than the price. But somewhere between 200 and 215 just to give a hint.
