2013 $50 misprint

I recently came across a note that has a G and an S printed upside down on the bill. The S is just under Grants left ear and the G is bordering the bottom of the middle red flag. Magnified and it appears that the red was printed on top of the G. Anyone seen this before? Thanks in advance.

Welcome to the forum. As is usual with new posters, you have not attached a photo. Please do so because us old farts like to look at them. It's very easy to do just click on the icon at the top of the posting box at the far right.... can't wait to see what it is that you are seeing.
Trying, but I am an old fart
Trying to send from my photos on the phone, wants a URL
Click on the down arrow next to the "image" icon in the toolbar. From there, you can either 1- Drag-n-Drop a file; 2- select "Choose File" and navigate to where the file is on your machine (this is what I usually do); 3- Link to a URL that hosts your image... hope this helps.

I've heard that new members have that limitation. Not sure how long it takes to get full access.
Thanks for the info.
I will take another of the whole bill
Those aren’t printed on
Those are hand stamps
They appear to be randomly stamped letters applied after the note left the BEP. The “G” has the illusion that it’s under the red ink because it doesn’t adhere as well to the red ink as it does to the non-printed area of the note. Believe me, it’s stamped over the red ink.
What is up with drippings above it
That’s the same ink as from the hand stamp
People hand stamp all kinds of things
Cool, just thought it was funny from the back of the bill the black stands out the same as what should be there
Might like that one better...
Maybe $25 or a bit more
Between bank stamps, annotations and general graffiti on currency, it’s the most asked about subject by new collectors on numismatic forums. I occasionally see it on the Facebook Error Note Collectors group too.
