Are these bills worth more than face value??

I sure wish these were ladders, but of course they're not. Leaving the "93" written on one of the bills out of the equation, Just wondering if these bills with 8 different digits are considered to be collectible.

I don’t know any collectors saving mixed ladders or whatever they’re calling them now on Planet eBay.
