_Almost a _rotator. Rotate it & see if you get the same number. Does not like like it will do the trick to me. You need 8's & 0 and then the odd 6 & equally placed 9. So: 68800889 or 06888890 - that sort of thing.
But it is a nice 2 digit number.

Yeah, my mistake on that. But it was funny that I didn't even notice it was a repeater note too. LOL
