I ve got 60-70 MS condition Lincolns Red in fact I have a lot of MS condition coins of different denominations FS Jefferson's, FB Roosevelts, 63 Franklins and Kennedy halves, let me know what you need maybe can help your registry set

Are they graded by pcgs?
No sorry is that a rule they are raw ungraded
I wouldn’t say rule, but registry people generally are adding graded coins to their registry sets
