absolutely. the Chiefs' D in particular has improved considerably as the season has progressed

it's almost as if KC and New England have said "welp, I guess if no one is going to take charge in the AFC it might as well be us again"

you'll never be able to outrun a bad diet

100%. Their D has been the biggest improvement and it’s paid dividends for them.

They are back to being a contender just like Green Bay & Tampa. Ofcourse it’s teams with the top 3 QB’s in the league as I stated it would be earlier in the year.

    No surprise here

I think they are improving, defense looks a lot better.

the chiefs are improving. their defense has improved vastly.

Mahomes on the other hand has regressed tons this season. in fact, he is barely a league average Quarterback at this point.

he has had 4 great games this season, and 8 average or worse games. his passer rating is 92.4. league average is 91.

George Brett, Roger Clemens and Tommy Brady.

Kelce has been awful, and outside of Hill their receivers are a joke

If it wasn't for their defense remembering to show up, they would have a really bad record right now.

George Brett, Roger Clemens and Tommy Brady.

It's worse than that. In those 8 games, he's never once reached league average. He's got four games of 127 or higher. The other 8 are all under 91, with 7 of the 8 being under 75.

He was awful again last night, so bad that even Cris Collinsworth finally criticized him.

I'm not sure what's going on but it's not ALL his receivers. He's missing throws.

I agree, also let’s not forget the O Line is not showing up that much, they are lucky Mahomes is a beast when throwing on the run because he is under constant pressure

I said early on the defense would improve just as it did last year under Spags.
And yes you could call me a Homer if you like but I did call the resurgence when I mentioned
seeing subtle signs of improvement several weeks ago on the board and even made an avatar
bet with perk when he said Green Bay could beat the Chiefs with a back up QB.

I won't go so far as to say Mahomes has been terrible but yes even I'm surprised by the severe drop
off in the passing game. They don't even take chances downfield anymore, that's what opened up the
passing game before. I want Tyreek and Mecole streaking downfield at full speed 20-25 plays in a row.
You don't think that's going to free up a lot of space for Travis Kelce and other recievers. The threat isn't
there anymore, the threat of getting burned by the Chiefs speed has to return or its not going to get better.

But Mahomes was not awful last night, just from memory Pringle dropped two balls, Kelce one and Hill
dropped an easy one plus the one that got picked.
The one that got picked I think is on both Mahomes and Hill. Too high but Hill has to catch it or knock it down.

50th anniversary of the famous punt, pass, and kick competition Andy Reid participated in.
They said Reid was 13 years old and did not win his age division, but the kid behind him
was 8 years old and did win his age division.

    That is pretty cool!
