PSA 9 Topps Chrome or PSA 10 Topps?

Generally speaking, would it be better to invest in a PSA 10 of the base brand or a PSA 9 of a higher end grade. For example would it be better to invest in a PSA 10 Topps of a particular card or a PSA 9 Topps Chrome of the same card? Similarly PSA 10 Donruss or PSA 9 Optic?

Never mind, I seem to only be able to start a discussion in the Coin forum. I can’t post in the Trading Cards forum. This is so frustrating!

    Forget cards. Try coins.

    Maybe @PCGS_Moderator or @HeatherBoyd can help you post in the correct forum. This seems to an ongoing problem with new card collector posts getting defaulted to the coin forum.
