I have a bronze one from 1983 when I was president of the Warren (Michigan) Coin Club. The date is engraved on the obverse and my name and the name of the coin club is engraved on the reverse.
Is there a market for them. Probably. Are they valuable? Probably not. I would think the fully engraved ones would be of more interest to most collectors.
I think that the ANA use to give this out to Coin Clubs that were Members in the Association. I also believe that they No longer give out the Silver version so Yes I would think that someone would be Interested in the Items.

If there’s one thing I’ve learned in life, there’s a market for everything. (The problem is reaching it.)

Thanks to all for the help !
