Giant (Rare) Commemorative Nickel Buffalo / Native American 18 inch Diameter

I have 2 giant 18" plastic 2-sided nickels. I think they may have been part of a display commemorating a special edition 2014 Buffalo Nickel. (Speculation) Possibly from the United Stated Post Office. I've never seen these before and can't find anything like them on the internet. A truly unique/rare item. Made of a thick plastic and/or resin material. Hollow core. Quality mold, build. I have no idea what and where these are from does anyone have any insight on this?
