    Looks like a vise job with something round squeezed into the obverse.

    IMO, it's a waste of time wondering what was the cause of PMD. For it to be an error/variety, it has to occur during the minting process. If you can't explain how it could occur at the mint, it isn't worth the worry.

    Interesting looking damage but it’s still damage

    If I can’t figure it out at a glance then I’m not spending more time on it

    Looks to be off center a tad on obverse and just plan grime and parking lot wear on the reverse. Maybe worth a penny.
