1935 S MS66 Toner

Hard to get toner but i wanted to gain opinions about my assumptions about 1935 S in particular hard to get a toner in. Opinions would be great.

Too many obv marks for 66 grade

The reeding marks at 7:00 and 9:00 coupled with the marks below the ear limits the appeal overall. Looks MS64 from the photos unless the luster is the bomb and even then perhaps MS65'ish is more in line.
