What percentage silver are these coins? I don’t see any markings indicating purity.
Very sorry for the misunderstanding, the COA was a bit confusing, it turns out it's just silver plated.

If they are not marked they are not silver.
When I saw your post I expected they were only silver plated and I would imagine many other members did, too, since the post was up for 2+ hours and had two-dozen or more views before someone jumped in with "PM Sent".
