I have found several of these cards with clear wax stains on the back over the last few years. Most are really beat up and seem to be in circulation longer than most of the #68s in high grade. This one was a very clear wax stain though.
Most have been faint like this one currently listed on ebay.

I truly believe this card was actually possible in the first version of 8 card pack without gum. Then removed and created the 6 card packs with gum. Which is not possible at all to pull a 68 SP.
