What is a the Correct Grade to apply to a "Raw" Kelloggs 3D card w/ a "Tiny" Border Crack ?

I've seen "Raw" Kellogg's 3D cards on ebay with a "Tiny" Border Crack listed as EX - Is this the right grade ?

If correct, what should the length "Not Exceed in Inches" ? - How about Small, Medium & Large Cracks on the Border only ? -

What Lengths / Grades should they be ?

Should the Grades be different if the above cracks are on the "Image"
