It's a roman sestertius of Emperor Hadrian. It's in pretty bad shape, maybe worth $20.

I would describe the coin as worn, rather than in bad shape. The obverse is clear, both with portrait and legend.
The reverse is more worn, but clearly shows Fortune seated left. The remaining legend is Fort. Red. It seems similar to the old Seaby listing of S1015, but with a different obverse legend.
I do agree with bronzemat as to the value.

Closest I could find on wildwinds. Looks like it could be something like this but I'm not seeing the laureate draped bust on yours. My references are boxed up so I can't check them at this time

    RIC 969
Hadrian AE Sestertius. HADRIANVS AVGVSTVS P P, laureate draped bust right / COS III S-C, FORT RED in ex, Fortuna seated left, holding rudder and cornucopiae. Cohen 732.
