I would describe the coin as worn, rather than in bad shape. The obverse is clear, both with portrait and legend.
The reverse is more worn, but clearly shows Fortune seated left. The remaining legend is Fort. Red. It seems similar to the old Seaby listing of S1015, but with a different obverse legend.
I do agree with bronzemat as to the value.

Closest I could find on wildwinds. Looks like it could be something like this but I'm not seeing the laureate draped bust on yours. My references are boxed up so I can't check them at this time

It's a roman sestertius of Emperor Hadrian. It's in pretty bad shape, maybe worth $20.
