This is about the 4th version of my BH sets over the years. It’s been sitting around awhile after completing, then picking off pieces for grading. The ones that went were mostly VF and worth the submission cost. There’s a nice Fine 1897s that got bumped once, but should have been sent in.
My grades for reference only:
92P fine, 94P VG, 94S VG,
95P fine, 95o VG, 95S VG10,

99P cleaned, 99o VG, 99S VG10,
1900 P fine, 00S fine, 01P fine,
01o VG10, 01S VG10,
02P VG10, 02o VG10,
03P VG10, 03o fine, 03S VG10,
04P VG10, 04o VG, 04S VG,
05P VG, 05S VG10, 06P VG,
06D VG10, 06o VG10, 06S VG.
Pictures show fairly accurately. Some dirtier than others but about the correct cross section of appearance you’d expect from 33 individuals.
I did the math using PCGS price guide in the respective grades and came up to $3000.
This set is getting expensive! I remember when common fines were $17 and VGs were $9. This was not assembled in that era though, unfortunately.

I debated buying this for a while this morning. Looked like a very nice set for a fair price.
