I think so.

The link you provided above says to "select either Standard or Secure Plus service type".
If I am not mistaken, 'Secure Plus' preceded 'Gold Shield' as the premium service group offering.

I think you can. I'm also curious how do you go about requesting the double holder? Got the designer set and they gave me two seperate holders instead of the double even after I requested it.
