First submission questions
I recently did my first submissions. The first was 36 coins. I received 1/2 back today with 18 coins and label says split 1 of 2. I talked to post office and they stated that if there is a second box it will have its own tracking label.. On my account it states that the submission is delivered.
I have a second submission in the mail of 31 coins, also just one tracking label. I am suspecting I will only get about half back from this as well.
Is it routine to only send a partial order back at a time? Each box is in the 6 figures for value, so was wondering if it was just a caution move. I had flown to a show with the collection to submit because the thought of mailing them made me uneasy. So this situation does not help
Thanks

I ended up getting the second box 2 days later. On my PCGS my orders it only listed 1 tracking number which is the one I received. The other showed up on my doorstep 2 days later. Now waiting for another delivery of 31 coins that was mailed registered express mail 7 days ago, still only 1 tracking number even though 2 boxes would have been sent. It left Santa ANA 7 days ago with no update. I received other submissions mailed 1 and 2 days after that one was sent
2-3 days ago.

Registered mail can be incredibly slow
Also tracking is generally not regularly updated
Sit back and tolerate the ride. I’ve heard of a month in transit for registered.
