For sale is an 1862 three-cent silver (trime), originally purchased from Mark Feld in March of 2010. I think his words describe it best, “Please note that this coin is more lustrous, flashier and much smaller than it appears in the images. A fairly easily obtainable type coin at this grade level, but with an uncommonly appealing appearance.”
CAC guide is $1,060; PCGS price guide is $1,000. The most recent auction I found was in October (David Lawrence) for $925. Asking $$$$$ delivered (PP FF, check).
