    I’m on my couch with my iphone or iPad typically. I never bothered getting a new computer at home when my last laptop became obsolete about 10 years ago.

    But I do have a setup in our guest bedroom for taking coin pictures. It’s on a table and looks like this

    I’m an iPad guy too but I haven’t figured out how I take a picture of my iPad with my iPad.

    More like a slab doctor. That’s my bottle of compass oil that I apply to scratched slabs to make the scratches invisible to the iPhone camera. It’s an optically clear volatile mineral oil that slowly evaporates without leaving a residue after I wipe off the excess with a paper towel after I’m done taking pictures.

    Not where I use my iPad although there are mirrors in my bathroom and I often converse with you scholars while I take a 💩

    Sorry, folks, it was intended as humor. Probably should have used a stronger emoji! I generally surf the web on a humble Lenovo X1 Carbon laptop or my Galaxy S10 phone.

    I like to keep it simple, the pad is held in a secure two-finger grip with the index finger poised to jump on that BIN or deliver a devastating nuke bid.
