CAC Collector/Dealer Members?

I am looking to submit a coin to CAC but membership is closed and unfortunately I am not a member.
Is there a way on their website to see if any dealers are in Oklahoma that I could submit a coin through?

Have you tried giving them a phone call? Someone there who has a CAC membership may be willing to sponsor you and your coin and get it reviewed for you.
