Is this even allowed on the bay?

Its a reproduction and has "copy" stamped on it, but I was under the impression no fakes are allowed on ebay? Is this repro allowed?

    I see no issue, the coin is imaged well and shows the copy on the coin, additionally the seller has reproduction in the title.

    Ebay is a different animal - no enforcement until a complaint i filed. However when I received a fake coin from a buyer that was misrepresented as a real coin - Ebay fully refunded my purchase. It was just a hassle to get Ebay's attention.
