1965 Topps Lou Brock - Yellow line

I am not that familiar with this card but I noticed the yellow line along the bottom. Looking on eBay I see a few raw cards with this same line which makes me think it is not a mark (yellow pen or something). I only found 1 graded and it was a PSA 4. Is this a Print Defect that effects the grade?

Looking for Los Angeles/California/Anaheim Angels in PSA 8 or better

I don’t know about this particular issue, but many 1970 cards have a similar issue. While it makes the card look miscut, both the Brock and the 1970 cards with the same issue are not miscut, the Brock is not even OC. The 1970 cards seem to get a straight grade.

I think it's a misplaced cutters line. Can't explain the position it's in. Yours does seem unique.

I’ll say it again, if these were coins they would be rare mint errors and carry huge premiums….especially on hall of famers…one of these days, mark my words…..
