Is anyone going to this show this year. I missed last year for obvious reasons and looking to get back to going.

You didn't miss much last year, it was cancelled!
I have to work Saturday and Sunday this weekend. I'm hoping to get there when it opens on Saturday and at least spend a couple hours looking around. I'll be on the lookout for hockey and old Boston Garden items.
I will be there on Friday. I took it off of work.
I'm thinking about going on Saturday. I haven't been to a show in about 10 years.
Planning on first thing on Sunday . . . Hopefully there still something good left.
Lots have changed. Shows are very crowded. The dealers also aren't the only ones selling cards. So are the attendees. You are going to be seeing a lot of people walking around with their pelican cases offering cards to dealers. They have such good cards as well that dealers cannot pass on not taking a look because these kids today have some really amazing cards that they bring with them. It's a lot of fun to see what everyone has but it also is unbelievable the amount of money in cards that you will be seeing. Not like the old days at all. Plenty of new shiny stuff and a lot less vintage. That's for sure.
Thanks for the update. I'm going just for the vintage stuff.
There's always been a good amount of vintage at this show. I would expect that to be the same this year.
I'll be there Saturday morning, have no idea what I am looking for but I'm sure I'll walk out with less cash than I walked in with.
I had a change in plans. I ended up using some comp time and went today. Didn't pick up any cards, but was very happy with the 2 items I did pick up. I added a signed Bobby Orr puck to my collection and also a piece of the parquet floor that has a bolt hole in it.
A bigger crowd than I expected for a Friday afternoon. I got there around 1:00. Lots of vintage and some new shiny cards as people like to say. I was amazed the amount of people walking around with their pelican cases trying to sell cards.
A good take as always. I wish I could make it back another day, but just too much going on. Can't wait for next years show!!
Never been to a card show. I arrived about 30 minutes after the doors opened on Friday. Place was pretty busy and your description of visitors, with cases, selling or trading, was spot on. Lots of dealers with paper 'buying' signs. Fun walk around down memory lane. Some of this stuff looked very 'picked over', while other dealers were all about bright shiny graded. Yankee dealers looked kinda lonely, CSG guys wanted to know where to eat the best 'Chowdah'. Didn't win the door prize, but I got my $10 ticket price worth.
I went to the Wilmington show today about 1:30. It was crowded at first. By 2:30 it wasn't so bad. There was a lot of vintages stuff. Too much graded stuff and too much shiny stuff for me. I bought about 40 cards for my 1971 baseball set.
