Canadian Coin Case Question

Recently I picked up a 1986 Canadian Olympic $20 Hockey coin. The coin was in a burgundy color case. Up until now the cases I've seen have been velvet green. Was this a special case for a particular group as with some issues in the past or something else ?

Sounds like someone swapped the case. Only issued in one or two coin green velvet cases.

I guess that I should have also said that both cases have the same Olympics logo on it. The inside of both cases are the same as well.

I seem to remember these were shipped with individual cases and then later a set case with holes for all the $20s and a plugged hole for the $100 gold was made available. I only remember them being green.

The green and burgundy cases are the same, only the color is different.

Mine is a large rectangular green holder for 10 coins and, in the center, an Olympic token (I guess that's where the gold coin was on some of the cases).
