No updates on the customer communication center..

since September 21. Can you please update us on when you think we can start grading in bulk (value), maybe some of the terms (such as cost, qty)? Thanks for your help.

nat has been quoted stating bulk, middle of next year w the “hope” of pricing to be somewhere near the ballpark of what it was.

from my dealings w him, he does not appear to be a bull pop-tarter.

  • Bull pop-tarter 😂😂 that’s a good one. Never heard that saying before. Man that would be really great if they got back to some sort of bulk grading with decent prices again. We can only hope

the “pop tart” insertion is the anointed house word for any R rated verbiage. 😉

LOL.... Bulk near what it was in the middle of 2022 ??? I'm happy to start my day with humor. Unless I'm mis-informed there's a better chance of the Beatles getting back together.

I have heard both sides of this argument, bulk being $20 (close to what it was ) and $40 or more. My question is how many people (and total dollars) paid their membership fees because of a value add bulk price. I would think they have to release a fair $15-$20 bulk price or start refunding a prorated refund of the memberships. or at least allow old memberships to run there course at $15 once they open bulk back up.

big lol right back. i assume you guys know that theyve already purchased a second location in new jersey, have been outfitting & training those employees, right? mid ‘22 may not be exact but its more “in tune” than what you are thinking based off your comments. and a hellavu lot closer than the beatles reunion.

PSA was profitable with bulk order subs under 10 bucks in the past. So not sure why it is crazy to think they get back close to there at some point in the future. I will take Nat at his word.

What IS crazy is to think this sportscard bull run will never end. I remember the last ride pretty well, and have been through other bull runs like dotcom bubble, housing bubble, etc. The duration of these things is variable, but they always end the same way.

Supply of money will dry up, when it does the demand side will change and there will be some level of normalization. Are we going back to 6 dollar subs, no chance. But is it possible we will be able to sub at 3-4x that, sure, why not?

I did not know they purchased a second location. Did lots of people know ?? How did the people hire for those jobs if very few knew about this? I do think having a location completely different from Newport Beach is a step in the right direction. I hope this works out. If they moved quicker it would have been done "Yesterday". Until then....we will all just go down the "Long and Winding Road".

while “very few” here may be accurate for this site. “very few” is not an accurate description of who has known by psa customers as a whole.

informtion is now normally posted via social media vs the ol website these days. branch out a lil or keep waiting for that beatles reunion i guess. 😉

so yes, mid ‘22 is the target timeframe. but we all know the old adage about construction costs and timeframes too.

No doubt about that. Construction is never done on time. My concern is will we ever see stuff like 1960's baseball valued under $100 being submitted for $7-8 ?? If we don't then they will truly lose a large group of their old customers. Most commons in the 60s are simply not worth $10 to grade. Let alone the 1970s. We shall see. This will be interesting.

Woodbridge, yes. you can drop off there for PSA subs but they ship them to Newport Beach. They only do PSA/DNA non-sports card auto authentication at that site as far as I know.

Probably the exact reason they purchased the 60,000 sq ft. facility there back in August? Existing staff and combining the two? There are Several podcasts and IG lives out there with Nat discussing it.

I wonder how much money PSA would save if they moved their business out of one of the most expensive real estate locations in the country.

And to be analytically correct, they may have leased the new New Jersey facility. If I remember correctly, The wording was “a contract” on a new facility.

Yes, get your wording right. Like immunized and vaccinated. Maybe Rodgers can sort out PSA's submission mess ?? LOL.
