    That's neat, I've never seen one. It appears to be silver.
    There's a lot of stuff to look at on there......

    It’s nice to look at but what is it? What is the story it’s telling?

    It seems to be something about The British Empire.

    there was a long assumed Carolina connection, probably due to the palmettos depicted. It's entirely British with no New World ties. Was a ticket in a lottery for the impressive silver wine cistern commissioned by Henry Jernegan.
