Rough guess but it may be a coin weight. The circle/wheel looks
a little like the coat of arms from Osnabruck, Mainz, or somewhere near there in Germany. I'm guessing the II Kr means 2 Kreuzer.

I assumed it was probably a token but hoped someone might have seen one before.
