1st Crossover attempt...question

Sending in my first crossover. It is a Jefferson graded MS66FS. 3 questions:
1) I'm checking crossover at economy(nongold) fee of $22...correct(not in a hurry)?
2) Do I check Other also or leave blank and I check the the variety attribution fee block for the FS designation, correct or not?
3) Under Fee Calculation where do I place the $18 variety attribution fee?
I've sent in many raw coins but never a crossover.
Thanks for your help,
Jim

1) If the value is less than $300. If more you need to go regular and will get a tru-view
2) No variety to get a FS designation
3) No need for the fee unless it's a variety
Use the FS coin number. It is a normal number, not a special variety. You might make sure it is noted that you do not want a cross if PCGS does not think it meets FS. Don't forget about the "Guarantee Premium" fee they tack on if it crosses.
Honestly I would save the money see if it will CAC cross over is a serious hit and miss

I don’t believe CAC accepts non-variety MS Jefferson’s.

Thanks for the info, it is a lot of help. Do I just hand write across the face of the form, "Do not cross if not FS"? Or attach a note to it?

I noticed crossovers only achieved a 28% success rate at pcgs according to their website last month
I have never crossed a coin with Full Steps, Full head etc. for cross. I would call PCGS and ask if it crossed at grade does that include the FS designation. I do have a friend that crossed a high grade FS Jefferson from NGC and lost the FS with PCGS. I suspect he submitted it cross at any grade though.
