I did not pull the trigger on these, but now I'm hungry!

No, they are too ugly. These are prettier, nicer toning.
For those not familiar with the series, here are what the coins looked like before being overstruck in Chihuahua.

Chihuahua or not- you decide.
I saw the coins, but wife would have murder me with the expense...
You do very occasionally see 1815-21 Chihuahua over LVS or MVA stamped pieces (either 1811-13 Ca or cast Mo mint).
The 1820 over Sombrerete was the really intriguing one. I only find one other Ca struck over Sombrerete in the usual searchable online archives (I ASSUME it's Ca mint... it in theory COULD be Durango):

Portrait looks Durango 1815-1817 to me @realeswatcher

It "could" be. Stack's called it Durango, but the Durango and Chihuahua busts were pretty similar ca. 1816 or so. As an "overstruck" example, Chihuahua would be the obvious guess... though apparently there were a few Durango overstruck examples (I think Krause notes this?). Was doing some research on oddball Chihuahua overstrikes... here's a piece I would go back and buy. Even then, slipped through the cracks and sold for a relative song... and not even that long ago (though JUST before things started booming).
1817 Chihuahua... struck over a cast Armored Bust 8R w/LVS and MVA counterstamps. Some old scratches, but old deep tone and everything bold.
Perhaps people were skeptical about how bold the stamps still are through the 1817 overstrike... but overall the piece looks pretty honest:
