40% coins are a hard sell near or above spot.
Spot today is $3.56. As Coll3ctor said, spot is hard to get for 40% halves. $3.25 each might get them sold, IMHO.
Maybe look at Upstate Coin and Gold--they post a wholesale price sheet (buy/sell)
