I know this is PCGS, but I need help please!

I have been trying to login ats (ngc) but tge sign in button takes me to the registry page. Any members ats that are having problems? Thanks!

    See if you’re logged into the registry page. If so, logout and try to login to the forum again. If that fails, email or call NGC.

    This. You need to log out on the registry page, then go back to the forum page and log back in.

    Call NGC, they are very friendly and will talk you through it.

    Bobby,
    When I logged in NGC made me change my password I have had for 15 years and then when I logged in it took me straight to Registry also. Then I clicked on chat room tab on left and then went to chat room.

    It did the same thing to me several times lately. The only way I figured out that fixes it was to empty my cache and erase my history files. Then it works properly when I log in. I typically log in to my Registry first and I’m automatically logged in the chat boards without having to sign in again. It always worked fine until recently. I believe they are trying to update their website and that caused some kind of glitch.

    Log out of the Registry Page as Mr. Feld suggested. You may have to do this once every week. And don't forget to check the Remember Me box. You will be Logged Out automatically after every week of use and have to do this process again.

    Ever used customer service, especially since covid? That's why forum members make information requests daily on the forum rather than call and be placed on hold or a callback program and be told because of covid blah, blah.
    Most forum members just try to help them.

    Because I know we have members here that are members on both sites. I figured I would get a faster response here and I did. Most people here don't mind helping out if they are able to.
