Thoughts on this 1703 Zolota

A couple months back I picked up this 1703 Ottoman Empire Zolota from someone locally who is selling a lot of his inventory (former dealer). I've always had good interactions and purchases with him. I posted these pictures elsewhere and some suggested the coin may not be authentic. I figured I'd get a few more opinions from others. Thoughts?

Some porosity, but I would not doubt it is genuine.
Ottoman Turkish coins of that era are typically crudely struck
