09SVDB another phony that needs reported!

The obverse picture is to poor to judge much about the coin, but the reverse picture details enough in just the designers initials to indicate this coin is a phony.
The cross bar in the "B" is to straight.
The period following the "D" is way to close to the "D".
And there is a bonus in the reverse details and that is the "N" in UNITED isn't the correct font, it has deep cut valleys at the cross bar.

At this point that looks to be the case.
I just checked their listing and they've updated it stating that they had been contacted about the possibility the coin may not be genuine and when they get home they will inspect the coin (weigh it) and if its not then the seller stated they would remove the listing. I sent them a message after seeing their update and gave them the information about the counterfeit/altered marker with the designer's initials along with the below picture! I also informed them that even if the coin's weight was correct its still not a genuine 09SVDB.

I emailed the seller earlier today about the S-VDB and the 1909-S.

Thanks Mark for checking in on my 09SVDB discussions and all the follow ups you do. As a group effort the members here have saved a LOT of people a lot of grief for sure!
