Is Anybody Else Having Problems With Tracking On EBay

Is anyone else having issues? I have a lot of packages that were sent a month ago however most still say “Destination Processing” and not delivered. I am getting some request for refunds.

    The eBay Standard Envelopes are the problem.

    These are all eBay standard envelopes, so that’s the problem? Do I have to start shipping package service to avoid this?

    From what I understand, if its under $20, you are covered as a seller too.

    IT IS ALWAYS CHEAPER TO NOT SELL ON EBAY

    Contacted Ebay and this was the response-
    "For this claim the buyer opened the case outside the coverage time frame as a result, we're closing this case in your favor. The buyer won't be refunded and this case won't negatively impact your seller performance."
