    Can you block people with 0 feedback from bidding? I have 5 awaiting payment right now, 2 folks appear to be brand new (dubious, yes)

    I would think that you should be able to block em, although I'm not 100% sure

    Seems to me, the basic concept of an auction is that if you bid, you honor that bid or you are not allowed to participate.
    Non payers and shill bidders should be banned from eBay. No second chances.
    Unfortunately, eBay must feel that would be less profitable than the current system.
    Bottom line......if you choose to sell on ebay, you should be prepared for those who takes advantage of the system.

    and since you can not leave negative feedback for non-paying buyers; I did the best that I could do by leaving positive feedback:
    "Thank you for a Non-Paying Transaction...That's so Awesome of you...You're the Best..."
