Most of those are Indian

and not ancient. The squigglies as I like to call them are an area I have never tried to decipher!
I think top right (as the photo is here, bearing in mind the photo seems to be sideways) might be an Awadh silver rupee, Shah Alam II, Lucknow, AH 1227 (1812-3). KM 103.2 https://www.ngccoin.com/price-guide/world/india-princely-states-awadh-rupee-km-103.2-1201-26-1234-26-cuid-1149187-duid-1595007
There also seems to be a Gadhaiya Paisa 3rd row from bottom, 2nd from right.
Not worth a huge amount.
The larger "ancient" - the one with the portrait, near the centre - is most likely an Afghani replica.
Roman emperor Marcus Aurelius, "Meditations"
Apparently I have been awarded one DPOTD.
Thanks for the help. was able to pass on the info on the middle eastern pieces , and took some photos of the ancients:
front and back
also the one that a poster thought could be fake. any additional help much appreciated as I have to make an offer on the group, I tried to have them contact somebody else, as its not my specialty, but they prefer to do business here.
i want to be fair, but not over pay either??
The three are Indo-Greek. Something like:
Apollodotos II: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/293303419626?hash=item444a3f02ea:g:ILoAAOSwKe1c~sPS
Kshaharata Nahapana: https://www.deamoneta.com/auctions/view/275/69
The last one looks like a replica.
